Collagen injections fill in unwanted lines and wrinkles and add definition to the lip border. Fillers such as collagen (i.e. Zyderm, Zyplast), human collagen (Cosmoplast), silicon, and fillers (Restylane and Perlane) are injected just below the surface of the skin for immediate results. Treatment results typically last up to six months, depending on the area being treated.
