Dynamic wrinkles are caused by contractions of the delicate underlying facial muscles every time you smile, laugh or frown. The more emotion you show, the deeper these wrinkles and lines are likely to be. While you may have earned every one of your worry lines, you don't have to show them anymore.
Learn MoreRestylane
As you age, the years of laughing, smiling, talking and tanning inevitably crease your skin. These factors can leave you with lines and wrinkles. You will also start to notice that the size of your lips has begun to shrink. Restylane injections can be used for temporary line and wrinkle removal or lip enhancement. Restylane is injected under the surface of your skin to restore the natural contours of your face.

Acne scars are created by severe acne that causes nodules - painful, pus-filled cysts or lumps - to appear under the skin. Nodules are more likely to leave permanent scars than other types of acne. Most serious scarring is caused by more severe acne, and the best way to prevent acne scars is to get treatment soon after the acne appears. If you have nodules, see your doctor or dermatologist right away. He or she will assess your acne and will probably prescribe some combination of topical gels or creams. The doctor may also prescribe antibiotic pills, oral contraceptives for some teen girls with acne (the hormones in birth control pills can help control acne in some cases), or other medication such as isotretinoin if the acne is severe. Acne scars have traditionally been difficult to treat. However, recent breakthroughs in cosmetic medicine have had successful results improving the appearance of acne scars. Procedures such as Microdermabrasion, Laser Surgery, Thermage® and Chemical Peels can result in healthier, smoother skin.
